No secrets. Just science.
Eēsē was built by people who read every ingredient list, question every formula and research every health claim. We did the homework so you don't have to.
Every ingredient in our formulas has earned its place through rigorous review. We combined evidence-based studies with real user experience to make products that are easy to trust, and easy to love.
Working with your mouth, not against it.
All our formulas are designed with naturally sourced, toxin-free ingredients that not only clean your teeth, but also support the community of good bacteria that live in your mouth, all without compromising on your experience. Delivering long-lasting protection and health benefits through a complete routine you can actually enjoy.
01
Free from fluoride, alcohol, SLS, or synthetic additives
Most oral care products rely on harsh ingredients with known adverse health effects. When your mouth's ecosystem is disrupted, your problems return with a vengeance. We use natural alternatives that are effective yet kind to your mouth and body.
02
Advanced microbiome support
Over 700 species of beneficial bacteria protect your mouth from cavities and disease. We use xylitol and paraprobiotics while eliminating alcohol from our products to support these essential communities and deliver freshness that actually lasts.
03
Whole-body health from the inside out
The oral-systemic connection is finally being talked about. Your oral health is linked to your gut, heart and even brain health and mental wellbeing. We honour that connection with ingredients that fight inflammation and support your whole body.
Ingredients that
earn their place.
Meet the heroes behind the complete Eēsē routine. Each ingredient is here because it does something specific, measurable, and meaningful for your long-term oral health. Everything you need, nothing you don't.
Biomimetic Hydroxyapatite (HAP)The mineral your teeth are made of, now in your toothpaste
Your tooth enamel is made almost entirely of hydroxyapatite. When it wears down through daily wear and tear, the most logical way to restore it is to put that same mineral back. That's exactly what our biomimetic HAP does: tiny particles fill the microscopic gaps in your enamel, rebuilding your tooth surface for a smoother, naturally whiter smile.
Lactobacillus FermentCertified parabiotic for gum health
Think of it as a smarter evolution of probiotics. Instead of introducing live bacteria (which are unpredictable and hard to keep stable in a toothpaste), we use paraprobiotic: beneficial bacterial cells that have been gently deactivated, so all their health-supporting compounds are preserved in a stable, precisely dosed form. It works directly on your gum tissue: it calms inflammation, helps restore the natural bacterial balance in your mouth, and supports gum health at the root cause, not just on the surface.
XylitolBirch-derived · Sweetness that actively fights decay
A natural sweetener from birch trees, and one of the more clever ingredients in the formula. The bacteria that cause cavities thrive on sugar, absorbing it and producing acid that eats through enamel. Xylitol looks just like sugar to those bacteria, so they absorb it eagerly. But they can't digest it. They waste energy, gain nothing, and over weeks of regular use, their numbers decline. Cavities have fewer reinforcements.
Essential Oils & BotanicalsThyme · Lemon · Peppermint · Beta-Caryophyllene, selective, effective, and one of them is unlike anything else on the shelf
Plants have been used to support oral health for thousands of years, and science is now explaining why they work. Thyme oil targets the harmful bacteria linked to gum disease, while leaving the surrounding beneficial bacteria completely intact. Peppermint and lemon oils add to the antimicrobial effect and deliver genuine freshness by eliminating the bacteria that produce bad breath, rather than simply masking it.
What we leave out is
just as important.
We carefully reviewed every single ingredient and made choices about what Eēsē would not contain. Finding truly effective alternatives took plenty of time and countless revisions, but we knew it was worth it.
Fluoride
Fluoride is ubiquitous in oral care, but regular ingestion leads to dental fluorosis, and several studies raise concerns about its systemic effects. A clinical trial confirmed HAP prevents cavities as effectively as fluoride. No toxicity concerns, safe for children even if swallowed. When a better option exists, we take it.

SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate)
SLS, found in most toothpastes, is a known mouth irritant that strips away your mouth's protective lining and is directly linked to canker sores. We use Sodium Lauryl Sarcosinate, a COSMOS-certified alternative that foams just as well without the same risk of irritation. Using it was a no-brainer.

Chlorhexidine and Alcohol
The most powerful antibacterial agents in oral care, and the most destructive ones. They kill indiscriminately, wiping out the beneficial bacteria along with the bad, including essential species that help regulate blood pressure. The antimicrobial action of our botanicals and paraprobiotics leaves your microbiome intact. That distinction matters enormously over a lifetime of daily use.

Parabens, synthetic flavours, colours & preservatives
Your mouth is one of the most absorbent surfaces in your body. Parabens are known hormone disruptors that have no place in any oral care routine. Artificial flavours, scents or colours serve no health purpose whatsoever, and synthetic preservatives are absolutely worth avoiding. The result: an ingredient list with nothing to hide.

Antibacterial mouthwash blunts oral nitrate reduction and raises blood pressure in healthy volunteers: A randomised controlled trial
Using antibacterial mouthwash twice daily kills the oral bacteria that convert nitrates into nitric oxide, causing a measurable rise in blood pressure. A direct demonstration of why protecting the oral microbiome has consequences well beyond the mouth.

Clinical Evidence of Biomimetic Hydroxyapatite in Oral Care Products for Reducing Dentin Hypersensitivity: An Updated Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis
Across multiple trials, nano-hydroxyapatite measurably rebuilt weakened enamel and significantly reduced tooth sensitivity, outperforming many conventional desensitising agents.

Effect of Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis HN019 on clinical and immunological parameters of patients with chronic periodontitis: A randomised controlled trial
Patients receiving the probiotic treatment showed significantly reduced gum inflammation markers and improved periodontal health compared to the control group, confirming microbiome support as a viable clinical strategy.

Improvement of halitosis and tonsillar microbiota by treatment with Lactobacillus salivarius WB21: A randomised double-blind placebo-controlled trial
Beneficial bacterial treatment measurably reduced bad breath and shifted the oral microbiota toward a healthier composition, demonstrating that lasting freshness comes from rebalancing bacteria, not eliminating them.
The science is evolving.Your routine should too.
Everything above is already in the bottle. No risk. And the results will make you wonder why you didn't switch sooner.
