Right of Withdrawal (Returns and Cancellations)

1.1 Consumer Legal Right to Cancel

Consumers may have the right to return unwanted sealed goods within 14 days.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the last item in your order.

You lose the right to cancel contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.

1.2 How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may do this by:

Sending an email to hello@eesehealth.com with your order number and a statement of cancellation. We will acknowledge your cancellation request by email without delay.

1.3 Returning Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you informed us of your cancellation. Returns must be sent to our registered address unless we communicate an alternative return address.

Please note the following conditions for returns:

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are faulty or not as described.

All return shipping costs are borne by us. You will not be charged for returning the goods.

1.4 Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 calendar days. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the returned goods show signs of use or damage beyond what was necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and function.
